Overview
About Me
I graduated in 2014 with a PhD in Bio-Physics, and have taught in Italy, Switzerland, and in the USA. I have done Post-Doctoral research at Harvard, and now at MIT. I have been fencing since I was in High School and while I'm not as good as I was as an undergrad I still compete. I love cycling, and rock climbing. NYC is full of things to do, so many museums and cafes, so I like to explore them. I love to build and fix things (quite often my bicycles). I am really bad at video games but I will often enjoy playing them with others (except Tetris, I am good at Tetris). I love to cook and share food. I love to watch movies at the independent film theater close to my place. I love to travel and have visited many places for fencing, science, and teaching. Other than that I am pretty easy going. I like to keep places clean. I like when to meet new people when I am traveling. I think the best souvenir is a new friend. I am looking to share my space with others who feel that same way. Currently I live between Boston and NYC depending on my work needs. Also, my space in NYC is just too small to host couples. Sorry about that.
IMPORTANT: please, when requesting to stay you must say "physics is fun" early in your message. Posts without this will be flagged.
After too many impersonal requests to stay I will no longer be hosting for a while.
I am interested in meeting up, but no hosting for a little while. For hotels you can visit Expedia or AirBnB.

I love to cook, I am very clean, and I like to have a good time. I am a good listener who often keeps in touch with friends I meet during my travels. I will share stories of my travels, research, and some of the perspectives I have gained by being around some really cool people. I also am looking to gain more perspective with new cool people.
