About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Living in a moment, enjoying life! Travelling, getting inspired, learning new things...and finding my life "vocation"!
ABOUT ME
I am originally from Banska Bystrica, Slovakia, but I live in Brno, Czech Republic, the place where I went to my university.
In Brno, i was part of AIESEC Czech republic organisation (http://www.aiesec.org/) I am already an alumni (ex-member and supporter)of AIESEC Czech republic after spending incredible 3 years at this unique organization – which mostly shaped me to the person I am today.
Besides studies and AIESEC, for 4 years now, I am working as a business manager for one local company and getting some experience in “real business world“.
Currently, I am very much into the topic of finding a purpose and real happiness in life and thus very much enjoy reading inspiring books, watching videos (such as those on http://www.ted.com/), listening to leadership-podcasts or just engaging in meaningul and thought-provoking conversations.
Generally, I am a very social, energetic guy who loves fun and company of people on „the same wavelength“. You can count on me with bringing positive approach, enthusiasm and energy wherever I come ;-)
Besides, my long-term passion is good music and dancing – I currently fell in love with salsa dancing (after coming back from short-stay in Colombia)but generally, I love dancing to almost anything ;-)
PHILOSOPHY
Passionate about making a difference, creating the experience and making things extra-special

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have couch surfing exp. although it wasn't directly through the means of this site, but rather through other networks (friends of friends, organisations I was part of et.)
My best XP so far was that when we were travelling around Colombia with my girlfriend, we contacted a couple of ppl. through AIESEC organisation (which we are alumni of) and asked them whether they can help us with accommodation on our travels. The responses were amazing, for example, one family at carribiean cost hosted us for a week!, made us traditional meals, showed us around the place etc. When we wanted to at least give them some money to cover their costs, they would't take it. They very incredibly hospitable family. Thanks to the exp. like this, i believe that this project works!
