About Me
Travel as often as you can, is my life motto. I love taking the time to really be in a place, to explore it, feel it and see it through the eyes of the people living there. The ideal journey for me combines culture with wanderings in the woods and by the sea. I enjoy hiking, camping and especially being in, on and by the water.
I am open minded, flexible and easy-going. I am new on couchsurfing, yet, I have slept on many couches of friends who live across the world and I have hosted many friends and travelers in the different places I have lived in. That has been an enriching and heartwarming experience. I am happy to host when I can.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's more fun to experience a place through the eyes of the people who live there and I enjoy meeting people from around the world. When I travel, I love to go of the typical touristic track, discover hidden places and have a real impression of the place I visit.
Interests
Good food is important to me and I enjoy (vegetarian) cooking. I am interested in history and local culture. I have green fingers and I am interested in urban farming and projects that aim to make our beautiful earth a greener and better place for all.
