I'm a rather happy person, who always tries to look on the bright side of life. I tend to try out new things and never excell at anything because I get bored quickly enough to find myself a new hobby before really giving the "old one" a chance. Seems like I'm still a five year old, huh? :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couchsurfing is a great opportunity to travel and get in touch with other people. Especially when traveling alone it's great to meet some locals or just find some nice company.

Interests

I was always into Sports. Mostly team sports like volleyball, basketball, handball etc. but also swimming. I love swimming! I've also been doing Kung fu for a couple of years and now I'm just getting started with gymnastics.

I also like drawing and painting. I'm not a good painter and an even worse drawer, but as long as it's fun - who cares? :)

Singing is one of my favorite activities! Singing in the rain, at home, with friends, on the go... Whenever it's possible! Which probably explains my love for musicals!

Though lately I'm not reading a lot I really enjoy it. Isn't it the best of all to just forget the real world and travel with the the books charecters to a completly different place? Which leads to my other other interest - PC games. Yeah, they kinda get me to forget the real world too ;)

Music, Movies, and Books

As a kid I loved Elvis Presley, as I teenie I had a (rather short) metal-phase and lately I'm like superduper into punk and hard rock, but I basically could listen to anything. What I can't enjoy at all is techno music. Sorry techno-fans!

I'm not really a movie-person. I probably haven't seen many classics, but I'm working on it! I like dumb comedies, most superhero movies and the LOTR kind of stuff. Also TV-shows, cause they're short enough for a break while studying :)

Fantasy books are the best. "The Witcher" series are definitely on the top of my fantasy ranking. But "Harry Potter" and "Artemis Fowl" are also pretty high ;) I could write so much about books. Better discuss that by a glass of wine ;)
