To everyday be a better person than I was the day before. To find, create and spread love everywhere I go.

ABOUT ME

Laid back. Seeker of love and beauty in all things and places. I was raised on punk rock that taught me to question everything, turned me into a vegetarian and an activist for human, animal and planetary rights. I found yoga 7 years ago and it's led me on this crazy journey of studying myself and the world around me from a scientific and philosophical standpoint. I currently teach and practice and learn something new every time I step on my mat. Meditation keeps me "sane". I love learning about different cultures and ways of life, I am especially interested in indigenous cultures. Music fuels me and I love all styles of music. Nature is my favourite teacher and I need the outdoors and wide open spaces to roam and connect to Mother Earth. I love gardening and learning about sustainable living. I'll try anything once and love a good adventure.

I've been blessed by amazing hosts and met some life long friends in the process. I look forward to meeting more amazing people in my travels and am constantly gathering ideas for my future hosting.

I like things that make me think. Documentaries are my favourite movies although I'm also a big fan of the likes of anchorman, fast times at ridgemont high, dazed and confused, billy madison, the emeror's new groove, v for vendetta and harry potter.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Stared into the face of a manatee from 4 feet away during a 5am snorkel in Belize.
Witnessed the breathtaking beauty of ocean life (including a tiger shark!!) on multiple dives in Belize.
Helped build a school in Nicaragua and fell in love with the children in the village.

Well I can teach you some yoga and how to pull the perfect espresso shot. I'm also really good at finding the beauty all around me.
I would like to learn more about permaculture, natural building and sustainable living in general.
I've got a lot of love to share, and can throw in some joy, passion and a zest for life.
