About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To travel Northern Europe and talk with every design firm on the way while exploring the sites.

ABOUT ME

My final night in Berlin, Prague is my next destination. Christmas in Prague sounds so romantic, like a chic flick Matthew McConaughey would play the lead role in.

Each new town I visit the weather becomes so much colder and I have to buy a new article of winter clothing. As an American, buying a scarf was very difficult, figuring out how to wear it was even more so!

By the looks of things I'll be stuck in Stockholm for a while until a plane ticket opens up, so I really need some help there in Sweden the first week of January. Let me know if you can help me out!

PHILOSOPHY

C'est la vie. Give me Liberty or give me death!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A begger in Paris who spoke terrible English once shook my hand. He didn't let go. He looked me in the eyes for what seemed an eternity, then he said, 'I am very angry.' For a moment I could not think of how this situation could end well. A moment later he asked for 1€ for food. Turns out he meant to say "I am very hungry."

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm a decent cook and have learned a couple of Spanish dishes as well as one or two uniquely American dishes. Having been in Art school for 5 years, I've met a number of people with various skills and specialties. Mine happen to be layout and typography. I took up photography as a hobby shortly before leaving for Europe and could teach a couple of basic things concerning that, but I left my nice camera in the States for free of damage or forgetfulness.

If none of that sort of thing interests you I'm great at cleaning =P
