I have made a home out of Seattle for the last couple yrs. I like being outdoors: hiking, backpacking, rock climbing, kayaking, or just bummin around on the beach.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surfed some in Europe and hosted throughout college.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I found out about CS in my college yrs while backpacking through Europe. Making plans ahead of time doesn't really work out for me, I am more of the spontaneous last minute type of person. With that being said.. while I was in Copenhagen I attempted to spend the night on a park bench to save a few precious $$. There was no way I could fall asleep because a homeless man was yelling at me in Danish. I was tired and clueless. Luckily some man came over and informed me that I was sleeping on the wrong persons bench. I then decided to give my bench up and join the guy and his friends for a beer. The guy was a Couch Surfer from Hawaii and he was out with his host. The two new friends told me all about CS and let me spend the night on his living room floor. I have never been so happy to have a floor to sleep on :)

兴趣

I am interested in anything and everything! People are probably my biggest interest. I love discovering who people are and learning about what makes them happy! I also loveee experiencing other peoples culture, traveling, practicing yoga, growing vegetables, and drinking good wine!
