I've spent the past year or so taking care of my family — I'd gotten bad news about my mom being diagnosed with cancer, and as a result I immediately left San Francisco and headed for home, after being there for school for over 3 years. Now, a year later, I'm trying to migrate back to SF with a mostly clean slate.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In dire need to meeting some friendly people to crash on couches, possibly make new friends and connections on my search for re-establishing myself in the Bay Area :)

Interests

Esoteric subjects, philosophy. Gardening / plants. Expansion of consciousness (when appropriate!) Music — singing, playing guitar, composition, recording. Shamanic medicine, Discussions about the benefits of psychedelics (even though I've yet to try any!) Reading, trying to explore the possibilities of my own future.

I'd love to meet other writers and musicians. I'm at a loss having to deal with the dearth of people who want to A) associate or B) do something creative.
