Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I thought this would be a very good way to meet new people as they visit St. Pete and as I eventually visit their countries. Within the next few years I'll be in Germany a few times a year for work and would like to travel to other European countries on the weekend.

Interests

I love being outside. Yes, that includes long walks on the beach. I also like trying new restaurants, bars, and beers, and fishing.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music- Classic Rock mostly
TV and movies- In general, anything that makes me laugh. More specifically- The Big Lebowski, Kingpin, most Judd Apatow movies. Arrested Development, It's always sunny, Family Guy, Simpsons, South Park.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The coolest thing I've ever done was skydive over the Pacific Ocean in Hawaii.

Advice about great places to eat and drink in Chicago. NOT tourist places, I'll tell you places where real Chicagoans go. I've lived in the area my whole life so I've picked up a thing or two.
