I'm an adventure seeker looking for all of the novelty I can find in life while having so much gratitude for all of the small wonderful things that happen along the way.

-My wife who is a solid companion is one bad-ass gal who follows me into all kinds of crazy adventures and activities

-My biggest travel regret was learning immediately after I left Guatupe, Colombia that there is an activity where 2 teams of paintballers get to play in Pablo Escobar's destroyed former palace. 1 team defends while the other does an amphibious assault from a large pontoon off the lake, they then switch sides, and then have a huge BBQ on the grounds afterward.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been fortunate to have had a fair number of great travel experiences, and many of them involve meeting new people in whatever area I'm visiting. Traveling is so much more interesting when you get to hang out and learn new things especially with someone who has local knowledge. I think learning firsthand from locals is the best way to learn about another culture, and I can learn something from everyone I meet. I'm eager to meet more great couch surfers wherever I go.
