I'm a high school teacher in Montreal , I'd like to think my job is important, but realistically I just use sarcasm to trick children into caring about the fur trade.

I like to discuss television shows way too seriously, read books in parks and contemplate whether my cat enjoys my company or not.

More seriously, I am passionate about history, especially on a local/mico-level. I'm travelling primarily to learn from others in whatever capacity I can.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been out of the Couchsurfing game for some time now, but I've met some great people both surfing in Europe and hosting in Montreal. I've taken a lot from both of these experiences and absolutely love the prospect of showing people around my own city and meeting others abroad.

I'm down to chat , share, learn from and explore with other open-minded people.

Now that I have more time to travel, I'm trying to get back into the community and use my glorious summers off to their full potential.
