Overview
About Me
I'm a straight and opened-minded Englishman and traveller who has a passion for cities, beaches, exotic places, surfing and sunshine and making the most out of life.
I prefer to cook my own food and having interesting conversations over a beer.
Working hard, travelling, enjoying life, relaxing and socialising! Take the bull by the horns and see and do and experience as much as possible.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet, host and be hosted by Couchsurfers. I'd like to build my travelling contacts and build trusted friendships with travellers. It's exhilarating building a friendship in a short space of time.
For me it's a chance to not judge people, just take them for who they are and accept it and have fun.
All are welcome in my home if you are respectful. I won't judge you for your orientation or philosophies - i.e. naturists are welcome but perverts are not. Please tell me before meeting if there is anything I would need to know.

Music, Movies, and Books
James Bond books by Ian fleming and of course the films! (Sean and Roger as Bond).
Music such as Motown, early rock, indie and ambient.
Crime Sagas like the Godfather and Goodfellas. Comedies by Mel Brooks.
Bruce Lee, Steve Mcqueen, Clint Eastwood, De Niro, Paul Newman and Pacino are actors I admire. And Michael Caine no less (think Get Carter).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sat and witnessed an eclipse in a field whilst listening to Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon!
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm big on wellness and looking after yourself. I can do foot massages, maybe you know how to massage in exchange?
I'm a runner and like to keep in shape so any advice is welcome.
I can converse on almost any subject but I try to stay away from politics as it's so dull.
I have a passion for classic design and style from the 20th century and it gives my life some kind of meaningful edge and maintaining individuality is very important to me.
I could also talk about food and drink, music, cars and guitars till the cows come home.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My work involves educating others on aspects of British ways of life but I'm fascinated by how others live.
I have a record player so can share vinyl and musical experiences.
I believe in reciprocation so I'll always bring a gift to a host if they are willing to share their home with me for a short time.
