Overview
About Me
I'm a post doctoral researcher based at the University of York in the Department of Music and the Department of Archaeology. I am also a freelance composer and sound designer. I also do quite a bit of professional sound recording, and teach yoga! I read a lot, and like to keep healthy running, swimming and doing yoga. Right now I'm travelling in India for 2 months, from December to February 2016. Researching into Yoga and Indian culture, having fun, meeting people...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm interested in most things, and enjoy travelling and meeting new people from different cultures, and that is why I want to be a couchsurfing host - it's like travelling without leaving home!
Interests
I read a lot of books, on lots of different subjects, from science to arts to politics etc. I'm passionate about yoga, and trained as a teacher in Rishikesh, India in 2014.

A love of music and the arts, and a wide range of intellectual interests.
