Présentation
À propos de moi
Jon Mark: I'm from a little corner of the American South stretching across Tennessee and Mississippi. Over the past 10 years I have lived and worked in Geneva, Switzerland at the United Nations on topics inluding health, climate change and the sustainable development goals.
My girlfriend Tiffany (with whom I am sharing this profile) is the brains of the duo. She is from Alberta, Canada. She was a journalist and author based in Peru but joined the UN 5 years ago after starting her MBA in Geneva where we met. She couldn't get enough of studying and is currently doing her PhD research.
In May 2019 we made the decision to step away from our work with the UN for a short sabbatical. Though the work was fascinating and the people workderful, we both felt a need to pause for a time and explore corners of the world and meet a diverse range of people that we had not had the opportunity to get to know during our time in Switzerland. You can learn more about our trip here: http://aroundthechange.com/

Jon Mark: Being from the American South, for better or worse, I'm a country music guy and a deep fan of the violin/fiddle. Im learning to play, but thats a long story we can tell you about. My favorite movies are Forest Gump, Shawshank Redmeption, Field of Dreams and The Secret Life of Walter Mitty. Book would have to be The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn.
Tiffany: "I dont have favorites, I like everything"
Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue
Jon Mark: Slept in a hole with a goat in the Sahara.
Tiffany: Jumped out of an airplane 60 times

Ce que j'aimerais partager avec mes hôtes
At the moment we dont have much more than a backpack. However, the one thing we do have is a lot of friends all around the world that do super cool things. We really like introducing people and making connections. The best thing (and most valuable thing in our minds) that we could share are the many wonderful people we have been fortunate to know.
