Hello! My name is Jon and I love adventures, experiencing new places, and meeting new people.

Growing up in upstate New York I was constantly involved in outdoor activities- running, hiking, biking, canoeing, and skiing. I have a BA in psychology from The College of Wooster. After college my interests were in working with youth in educational roles.

I have driven through much of the United States exploring its great outdoors and wilderness as well as its museums, cultural events and people. I have recorded my impressions of people, landscape and art in my photography. Other passions of mine include going on adventures with friends, reading great books, cooking, playing soccer and watching movie classics.

I consider myself a very polite guest who always helps with the dishes.
