About Me

Student from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH, USA. Studying finance and computer science, interested in music, exercise, and entrepreneurship.

Highly respectful, neat/clean, and gracious individual when it comes to being a guest. Very polite and social. I'm looking primarily to make new friends for 1-2 nights at a time, and to have company for Shabbat dinner rather than be alone. Yes, I'm Jewish, although secular. More than happy to do the dishes, and respectful of religious practices to any degree.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm studying at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem from January until July 2016 and would like to make new friends on weekends, especially for Shabbat dinner.

In between mid-July and early August 2016 I'm taking a two-week tour of western Europe and would like to use Couchsurfing as a possible means of stay.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I recently taught myself how to type in Hebrew!
בזמן האחרון למדתי בעצמי איך להקליד בעברית!

Teach, Learn, Share

I know plenty about American politics and a lot about American culture.
I stay in tune with entrepreneurship in Cleveland in Israel.
I'm a good listener.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can explain whatever you to know want about America, though I don't think I represent the stereotypical depiction of an American.

For Israelis, I'm Jewish and can share a common bond with natives, and my Hebrew certainly is fluent. I've attended Jewish day school from a young age, so I have a strong understanding of the country, language, and religion.

For Europeans, I can shed light on what it means to live in the west, and am open and receptive to learning what it means to live closer to the center.

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Israel, Spain
