Hello everyone!

I am (completely) new to CS, but there´s a first time for everything! I think CS is a great idea and a wonderful way to meet open-minded people around the world, immerse yourself in another cultures, have new experiences, learn new things and make new friends.

I am friendly and outgoing, I love to do sports- but also watch movies, listen to music, take photos, I like going to concerts and I really enjoy talking with people from other countries and cultures. I am originally from a town 10miles south of Oslo, Tønsberg (which is also the oldest city in Norway), and I moved to Oslo in 2012 after being a student in Lillehammer for 3 years and then having a work commitment in Tromsø area for three years (ask me about the Northern light ;-)

I am working a full day-time job. My job schedule is in some weeks kind of random/hectic, but I want you to try send me an request and then we will see what my current situation is :-)
I train CrossFit almost every day.

That means you would have to entertain yourself most of the time, so I am looking for independent couchsurfer(s), but I can offer you a couch to sleep on :)

I do like to read books, occasionally drink beer and go out partying.

And; please do not bother sending me an request if your profile is not complete; I need to see photos of you, more than one- to get a overview of WHO you are, your interests, your lifestyle and a fitting text that describes your values in life and motivation on being here on CS- I know everyone is friendly and polite etc., but I also want to have some sort of chemistry in regarding common interests and so forth with whom I am hosting! :-)

And; this is Couch surfing. Although I am new to it, I think the main goal is to connect with different people/cultures. This is, however, quite hard if you travel here to Norway without sufficient economic funds (e.g. I will not buy all your food/do not bother sending me a request if you are here for a free "hotel" experience). Hopefully this means that what little time we have left of the day we could spend together just talking, hanging out and/or me suggesting things to see/places to go here in Oslo :)

And; I know people are kinda desperate to get in touch with a CS from the Oslo area, but I find it kind of rude if you do not bother to write down some personalized messages saying why you would like to stay with ME -- please do not send me "common generated messages" where you even haven't bothered (or just forgot) to write the correct name ;-)) ** EDIT 12.11.2015: This is just a perk of being a host, I can decide who comes to my apartment or not. I feel this demand is quite useful because I get many requests, almost no profiles are interesting or no good information comes from the request that I can build the couch surfing relations on :)

I get around 2-3 requests a day from people and please do something to make yourselves stand out in the crowd of travelers!

The Matrix, I am Legend and Interstellar are the movies which I have enjoyed the most when I watched them in the cinema for the first time, but I do like many more movies and genres :)

I read books and I also enjoy reading magazines such as TIME / National Geographic.

I really enjoy reading/watching photography books. My collection gets bigger for each month that passes by (my favourite photographer these days is Martin Parr).

And I like comics such as Akira and Japanese anime.

Doing sports, visiting touristy-things in Oslo area (parks, famous sculptures), movies/theater, clubbing, pub crawling, city sightseeing, some Norwegian food & culture and rarities.

My apartment is a 15-20minute walk from Oslo sentral station (downtown), or just one stop with the subway. But every CSer I know is travelling "light", so I would suggest a walk to get here :) In the immediate are of five minutes you have all necessary means of transportation though (tram, t-bane, bus etc). I wil provide you with exact directions to get here when I accept your request :)

You will sleep on the couch which is on the picture I have uploaded.

The appartment is located in "Tøyen" area - see the map here: http://www.visitoslo.com/en/map/ As you can see, it is very central.

And basically, what I think, everything that you would "want to see" for a short 2-3 days stay here in Oslo is within "Ring 2".

So guys, do your homework - complete your profile, write me a good written request and then well check if my work schedule allows me to be your good host here in Oslo!
