Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I see the spontaneous trips better than the planned ones and unexpected meetings as an aim for itself. Couchsurfing seems to be an excellent way both to get to meet new friends as well as key to see the part of cities and countries that otherwise would have remained unseen.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In the wee hours climbing a small mountain and becoming friends with a border security guard who I met as he casually hitchhiked with me as I entered Lesotho.

I do pretty good impersonations!
No but really, I'm an decent cook and make excellent scones. I'm also really sociable and keen on sharing a few laughs or drinks together.
