About Me
ABOUT ME
I grew up in munich, but moved away after 19 years to the other side of Germany. I finished Bachelor-studies in a small town near Hamburg in 2015, since Oktober 2017 I'm in Bayreuth for my Masters.
All in all, I am a friendly, easy guy, who likes people and this world. I'm always open for new experiences, want to know a lot of things and take all the chances I get.
PHILOSOPHY
While travelling a person changes as the landscape changes. Although the earth and ground stays the same, the surface of a persons mind will form and develop.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I just traveled in my holidays and sometimes looked for a free couch. I never used couchsurfing intensively, but that changed drasticly when I hitchhiked and busked around the Balkans for 2 Months in October and November 2016. I mostly stayed with couchsurfers, and it was one of the best things I did in my life! You get to know people and places so well and from such amazing perspectives, I really don't think I could travel without couchsurfing ever again.
I don't have much space to offer in my shared flat, but will accomodate anyone that doesn't have a place to stay.
Interests
What I like?
Listening to music and making music together. Creating things: woodwork, gardening, making food... I'd like to learn more things. Doing sports and hiking. Being with people, communicating , talking , cooperating , helping , working or just having a moment together.
Music, Movies, and Books
Most read books: A Song of Ice an Fire, Lord of the Rings, Hobbit, The Grapes of Wrath.
Most watched movies: Lord of the Rings, Matrix, Cloud Atlas
Favorite series: Family Guy, Game of Thrones, Fargo, Narcos, Rick and Morty
But I actually mosty watch Documentaries and News.
Role Model?! Spongebob Squarepants
I like all kinds of music which are hand-made, made with passion and love, filled with emotions and stories or intend to make people happy. But I have a big thing for metal in all its subgenres, to be honest.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Decided to make music by myself 3 years ago. I'll never be a professional, but it changed many things, myself included. So right now, I think my singing skills are quite hearable and my guitar skills are passable to earn some money on the streets.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have some skills in fixing computers (mainly windows), so if your PC is full of malware, I probably can do something about it.
I know how to do some traditional bavarian dishes, which I would like to prepare for you. Most other dishes I should be able to do as well, cause I love to cook. But I probably have to say I'm a vegetarian, so you won't get a Schweinbraten from me, sorry ;)
I can also teach basics in playing the guitar and singing.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Fun times, stories, an ear to listen to you, my voice and my guitar, annoying questions.
