I am currently a master student of social history at Charles University in Prague.

I want to look around the world and to hang out with local people. Because I believe this is the right way to know some country, to spend time with locals. This perspective I find very valuable and indispensable.

Intereses

History, sociology, philosophy, environmentalism, sustainable development, urbanism.

I am generaly very interested in my fields of study and in social science in general.
My less academical interests are traveling, learning knew things and discovering new places.

I like reading a lot. I spent most of my time by reading, mostly some academical papers related to my fields of interest, but if not, then I read mostly sci-fi and fantasy literature.

I am huge fan of PC games. I like RPGs especially. The games where I can enjoy good storylling, narrative structures and fictional worlds. That's why a love Fallout (totally!), Witcher (awesome!), Planescape Torment, Pillars of Eternity, Baldur"s Gate, Metro, Mass Effect, Might and Magic and Heroes of Might and Magic, Shadowrun, Bioshock and many others.

I like to bike. And do some jogging. I also have some fencing experience. I train from time to time. Historical fencing techniques I mean, so medieval long swords (Langschwert) and so on. I also used to do archery and judo, but no more.

Música, películas y libros

Well, I like a lot of music. I listen mostly to heavy metal, rockabilly, old times classic rock music. But I don't prefer only some genres. I just listen and then just decide If I like it or not. Not based on its genre, but on music itself.
Bands like Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, Motley Crüe, Dethklok, System of a Down or Ramones are of my favorites.

Some recently watched films that impressed me: Interstellar, Lives of the Others, The Cove, Hateful Eight, For Queen and country, Ghost in the Shell, Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind

And I love STAR WARS. And I think that Force awakens sucks. It could have been better. A lot. Seriously.

My favourite books and authors are
Foundation by Isaac Asimov, China Mieville's work, J. R. R. Tolkien in general, H. P. Lovecraft, George R. R. Martin, Stone of Farewell by Ted Williams, Sergei Lukyanenko, Moby dick by Herman Melville.

Books that have influenced me recently:
Risk society by Ulrich Beck. World of Yeasterday by Stefan Zweig, Second hand time by Svetlana Alexijevich.
