Hello everyone!

My name is Jonas and I'm 24 years old and from the city of Girona, near Barcelona. While I'm originally from Catalunya, I actually live and work in Madrid. Travelling is my main interest, but I also love the kitchen, music, and cycling.

I'm carefree, happy, and respectful and I appreciate learning about new cultures.

My passion is creating photography and developing it independently. My work is related to sociology and the environment. At the moment, I'm working on a project involving fishing in Senegal.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My first experience with this platform was through a trip I made to India. I was able to use it through my friend's account when we traveled together and it was simply incredible. Without Couchsurfing our experience would have been totally different.

I travel consistently throughout the year completing different photography projects. I'm on Couchsurfing because I think in a unique way, this platform can have a truly positive impact on my work and my creative process. As well, I think making those human connections with each new destination is invaluable and something that is very important to me as an artist and traveler.

Ultimately, whether it's from the sofa in your house or a night out to see your city, every shared experience will make my trip unforgettable ;)
