Physical & mental health has a high value to me so I try to keep myself fit and in balance with everything that feels right in me and leads me
that direction such a movement & mobility training, hiking, swimming, diving or dancing...over music to meditation, breathwork and exploring altered states of consciousness. I'm always curious to experience new and different ways of expression.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I do really enjoy and appreciate the company of people who share a part of their home and some time with me. For me traveling is about connecting, with people along the way, with myself, with nature. Being around with someone who knows the area with its hidden spots and special places is another beautiful extra I love about surfing couches.
