I share my room, roof and barbecue, love listening to interesting biographies of travelers, I can give bar hopping tours through New York and best of all: I don't live in New York anymore...

experiences are best kept secret until the night is dark, a glass of wine nearby, the lights dimmed and thus stories find their most native surroundings

兴趣

I love implementing ideas. In my somewhat illustrious head, this usually goes like this:

"Rabbits are nice animals... They taste good too... I love barbecues... Hey, what ever happened to Monica Lewinski?... I should really grill a rabbit."

I go directly to stores in the area, check the rabbit prices, hunt for recipes and end up obliviously gnawing on a carcass as tough as leather. But, all along enjoying the gratification of having finished through with an idea instead of waiting with it until it finally vanished into the back drawer of my remembrance.

Other than that: climbing, road biking, picnics on warm days, day trips, photography, cooking, argentinian barbecues, travelling and hiking, camping, endless evening discussions with friends accompanied by an encouraging bottle of deep red wine.

The best I can teach anyone is how to grill 6 kilos of beef (or vegetables if that's what you're into) argentinean style. Also: cock fourways: a turkey stuffed with a chicken stuffed with two quail fresh out of the oven. Delicious.
