ABOUT ME

The main goal I've set for myself is to meet new people and exchange experiences and stories so that I might learn something new.

To me, life is all about creating experiences and getting inspirations from people you meet. I believe that traveling changes you into a better person.

After graduating high school in June 2014 I spent a year working and traveling in Canada. I managed to hitchhike from Edmonton to Vancouver and then all the way to St Johns. Coming back to Sweden in late 2015 I went straight back to work to save up money again. The previous summer I travelled around Europe which was fantastic. At the moment I am studying Computer Science and International Relations at the University of Exeter, a place which I really love.

Do kind things, not in order to get something in return, but so that others might take after you and thus create a better world.

At the moment I only participate by trying to find a host, but in the future I want to return the favour by hosting as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I have only surfed a few times but it has been nothing but fantastic.

Interests

I am passionate about music. I've been playing piano since I was 6 or 7 years old and picked up the guitar 2 years ago. Playing relaxes me a lot and gives me time with myself, something I really like. I also enjoy a lot of movies and books. Gaming is another of my hobbies, though I have lost touch with it for quite some time now. I still have way too many games in my Steam account, damn you summer sales!!! I also love to learn, about anything. Give me your knowledge and I'll share mine.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:
I started listening to the Beatles a lot and saw Paul McCartney live in June this year. His performance was amazing. I lean towards the rock/punk rock/hard rock/pop direction but am open to everything.

Movies:
I like fantasy and science fiction movies, but won't turn down a good thriller. Some of my favourites are The Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Game of Thrones

Books:
My absolute favourite book series is Dwarves, which really gives an in depth look of how a Dwarven society functions. I recommend it to anyone who enjoys Tolkien or other fantasy novels. Other than that I also like Game of Thrones and books by Dan Brown.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Eating 4 jars of Nutella in a week, the big regular sized ones.....wait....this was about cool stuff? I also hitchhiked coast to coast in Canada, hitchhiked on Iceland and the past summer from Austria back to home to Sweden. I also climbed Sweden's highest mountain. (To be honest, it wasn't that high). Guess I'm not that cool.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can cook together, I have only about 1.5 years of kitchen experience from jobs but I might be able to show you some things you didn't know.
