Overview
About Me
I went to Hong Kong on a semester abroad in 2012 during my university studies, which sparked a passion for traveling. Since then I've done another semester abroad in Arizona and been stationed as an engineer on a development project in Bangladesh. All while traveling as much as possible in-between. I strongly believe in life-long learning, which is why I'm an avid consumer of educational books, podcasts, and YouTube videos. Currently doing a PhD about urban water engineering, while trying to get a podcast running on learning new stuff.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have surfed at places in Germany, Switzerland, Latvia, Turkey and the US. To me couchsurfing is just a phenomenal way of meeting interesting new people.
