Overview
About Me
I am not very good talking about myself, but I guess I could say that I am a polite and easy-going person. A little shy at the beginning, and funny when I feel confortable enough to say silly things and jokes. I like listenning to other people talking about their life or travel experiences.
I am writing a travel/diary blog, and it would be really great if you want to visit it and know more about me and my trip: " http://laaventuradeldragon.blogspot.com/ ". It's in Spanish, but it has a google translator gadget that you can use, though I am not sure how it works. Its English name is "The Dragon Adventure".
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I left my company (originally for a year but finally for more time) for travelling around the world, above all, Asia and Oceania. After meeting that dream, I am looking for new challenges and life style.
I want to know other countries, cultures, traditions religions and, above all, local people. That is the best of any trip. I could say I am not a simply tourist anymore, but I traveller.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Depend on the moment. I usually prefer pop (Coldplay, for example), disco if I am running, quiet music if I am reading of studying,...
Movies: Forrest Gump, Secret life of Walter Mitty, Braveheart, Dracula (Bram Stoker), The last samurai, Dancing with wolves,...
Books: The sea cathedral, The gospel of evil, Da Vinci code, The pillars of the earth, The lord of the rings, The hobbit, The silmarillion,... the last I read was Inferno, much much better that the movie.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Flight over the Grand Canyon, see the sunrise from the top of Fuji mountain, dive in Mabul island (Malaysia), climb the Fansipan peak (Vietnam), go inside the Ijen volcano (Java, Indonesia), drive more than 7.000 km travelling around New Zealand in a campervan, and much more.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I could tell you about Spain, my culture, teach you some Spanish words, cook a Spanish omelette,... I could also tell you about other countries and cultures I have visited, help each other to improve our English, travel together,...
And, of course, you will be very welcome to my home in Spain when I will come back, though I am not sure if it will be in Madrid again, in my hometown, or in any other place. Anyway, it would be a pleasure to show you my country.
