Overview
About Me
I grew up in my beloved Venezuela until I was 18, then I moved to Canada and studied chemical engineering (now I know how beer is made). My years in Montreal have been unforgettable and I will be here from January 20th to February 28th and late May and June before moving to beautiful Calgary to start a career in management consulting.
I'm traveling around the world during March, April and May. The destination could involve South America or Europe and Asia. Let's see :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was 10 years old I spent my Sundays in the kitchen of a famous restaurant in Caracas with Chef Ana Belen Myerston. The experience lasted 2 years and it was amazing as not only taught me to how cook but about how to interact with all different kind of people and handle high stress situations.
I still am a passionate of food, and even if I'm an engineer who will be working in an office during the next couple of years, one of my dreams remains to be to have my own restaurant in the future.
