I'm a curious, open minded, excited 20 year old human being. I feel very strongly about existence, It's probably the best thing that has happened to me.

My deepest joy is to listen to people's ideas and life stories with open eyes and an open heart.
From my experience, they right way to approach the world we live in is with openness, trust and curiousity. The world never fails to gift me wonders.

Besides that: I grew up in a beautiful village in the south of Germany, always loved the woods and going for long walks both night and day. I like cold showers, meditation, reading, walking (barefoot), talking intensively and I'm a good hugger ;)

In my teenage years I became interested with the deeper meaning of things, philosophies and the collective unconscious. It never fails to amaze me how far we as humans have come as a species and much we still don't know jack-shit about.
To always find out more and learn is one of my aims in life.

Also, despite all the things we have and are about to fuck up I still pretty much love the human species and will work for it's best.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I would always prefer a futon, mat or a mossy forest ground instead of a king size bed. Simplicity and human connection are way more important to me than solitude and comfort.
Couchsurfing is the ideal down-to-earth method for meeting and learning from all kinds of individuals across the globe. It's cheaper in cost and richer in inspiration than anything else.
And did I tell you: I love humans.

I love all the different arts, mainly music and cinema.

Music:
I have been listening to everything from the Woodstock Generation to Trip Hop of urban London to the german Techno Underground. Among my all-time favourite music you find: The Beatles, The Doors, Led Zeppelin, Jefferson Airplane, Gorillaz, alt-J, Tame Impala, Boards of Canada, Fewjar, Aphex Twin, Harrison BDP, Claude Debussy.
Currently listening to: Harrison BDP and Deep House, Rodriguez, Soundtrack of the Van Gogh film.

Movies:
Cinema is my great passion since I'm 12 and I strive to see all the great masterpieces: From Stanley Kubrick, Akira Kurosawa, Hayao Miyazaki, Quentin Tarantino, P.T. Anderson, Charlie Kauffmann and David Lynch.

Among my beloved films is American Beauty, Her, 2001: A Space Odyssee, Donnie Darko, Reqiem for a Dream, The Good the Bad and the Ugly, and the Studio Ghibli Films.

Books:
I don't read too much, but when I do, I do.
A few of my favourite books are those from Hermann Hesse (Siddartha), Haruki Murakami, Stephen King, Michael Ende and Douglas Adams.
Also interested in C.G. Jung, Friedrich Nietzsche, Henry David Thoreau, Peter Singer...

I know something and want to share my ideas about movies, music and arts. I can fascinate myself for almost every topic and am eager to learn more about things that I was unaware of. Culture, religious and personal expression are always interesting for me. I also feel that I take great pleasure in talking about psychological and philosophical subjects such as the unconscious mind or existentialist questions.
