Overview
About Me
I was born and raised in Knoxville, TN but was primarily sculpted by the neighboring city of Oak Ridge (dubbed the Secret City during WWII).
After 18 great years in East Tennessee, I moved to Philadelphia and began my studies in Materials Science at Penn. During undergrad I was involved in energy/sustainability projects, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Greek Life, and intramural sports.
Currently, I am a second year Master's student in the Nanotechnology program still at Penn. I can often be found working in a bunny suit in the Singh Nanotechnology Center on campus. Outside of class and research, I serve as a graduate associate in a dorm, teach physics labs in West Philly high schools, and hang out with friends.
My first love in life was basketball. Andre' 3000 is my greatest artistic influence. I am very excited to get to travel and am looking forward to meeting potential hosts.
