I'm a naturalist and science-activist. Throughout my adult life I have focused on many aspects of nature and science. Currently, I am working with a permaculture project in Southern Mississippi, while getting my Science-Tourism business off the ground.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My children live in Minneapolis. I travel pretty much all the time. I would like to meet more people through Couchsurfing in the Minneapolis area when I come visit my kids (ages 4 and 2).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've worked in so many fields of the natural sciences, I have been face to face with so many amazing creatures. I once caught a Peregrine Falcon. I watched a pod of Orcas attack a Gray Whale and her calf. The most amazing thing that I think I have ever done is deliver my youngest child.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love to cook. I have a very keen knowledge on plants, so if you've ever wondered what that plant was in your backyard, I might be able to tell you. Sharing nature knowledge is one of my mail focuses in life.
