About Me

I'm a student in industrial and mechanical engineering at Arts et Métiers, in Paris. I'm now in my last year as a student.

Out of studies, I enjoy to hang out with friends, drinking beers in some bars with them, or walking down the city alone, just for strolling.

I'm a person who's curious of everything. I like to discover regions or countries I've never been to, learn some stuff about their history, eat typical meals,...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've heard about Couchsurfing thanks to friends who already did tried it and appreciate this experience.
It seems to me a good way to learn more about habits and culture of the people who live in the country you're visiting. A full immersion, that is what I'm looking for by joining Couchsurfing.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have a favorite music, I just listen to a bit of every kind of music.
I really love Quentin Tarantino's movies, they are such crazy and funny. I'm also a huge fan of Tim Burton's movies and some 50's/60's movies.
I'm kind of literature, so I have a lot of favorite authors and books. To make short, my most favorite authors are Emile Zola and Amélie Nothomb, but the book I've enjoyed the most is "War and Peace" of Leon Tolstoy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In august 2013, I went to Benin with two friends for an humanitarian mission. We helped an orphanage to develop their agricultural structure. This improvement had two goals. The first one was to make them self-sufficient in food, and the second one was to give the children structures and tools to learn about organic farming.
It was a really great experience, people in this country are so generous and welcoming, even though they don't possess anything. It was a lesson of humanity for the three of us.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm fond of cooking, and I would be delighted to share my meals and give my hosts some recipes and advice about French gastronomy.
