I am passionate about clean food and proper exercise/strength training. I love playing soccer, love preparing my own food, love lifting heavy things, love adventure and nature, animals, sky, ocean, etc.

I have been a bit of a conspiracy nut in the past...I still hold onto much of the knowledge and perspective I've gained from those years; but I am a joyful follower of Christ now (Thank God): and so I finally have peace of mind!! Halleluyah!

I have 2 beautiful daughters, who I miss right now because they are in NY (with their grandma for the summer). Their mother and I separated, but are still on friendly terms.

I recovered from a severe case of sciatica and am designing a program for others suffering from similar pain.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I signed up because I wanted to have options for future travels. I didn't have any specific travels planned yet; but I felt that I would be needing to travel some in the future.

recovered myself (with the guidance of Almighty God, of course!) from sciatica

...also in the process of fixing my flat feet :-)
