Play music, play drums, bang out, learn Chinese, jump out of a plane, stop and smell the roses, literally, just stop walking one day and smell them, open up to people, meet someone's eyes, try to understand what makes you uncomfortable and at least once put yourself someplace you don't want to be.

As much as is available to me and you. I'm naturally introverted, but I've broken that down these past couple years, it's been difficult but so great. My parents raised a compassionate man who loves to share his passion for music, comics, video games, hiking, languages, horticulture, biology, education, it's all good.
