Being part of a military family I have moved around a lot since I was young. My mom is English and my dad is American which makes me a dual national. I was born in England and moved to Germany shortly after for 6 years. Then I went back to England where I spent most of my childhood and then finally moved to Texas for my last two years of high school when I was 16. Having moved around so much I find it hard to stay in one place or keep the same job for longer than a year so, upon graduating high school I have been taking turns of saving money for 6 months and then traveling until it runs out. I am an easy going person with a passion for anything outdoors. I am pretty sporadic and love to try new things that test me in order to better myself.

I am on Couchsurfing because after having been traveling by myself to several different countries I have discovered that it is not the places you go, but instead the people you meet and the experiences that you share that really stick with you. I do not just like to be a tourist and see all the usual sights. Instead I like to catch a glimpse of what being a local is like and experiencing the cultures and viewpoints of different people first hand, making long lasting friendships along the way.
