I'm a 33 year old actor from Canada looking to travel and try working in new and different places! First stop, Ireland!

I've lived in Halifax, Nova Scotia and Vancouver, British Columbia and visited Edinburgh, Prague, London and Paris thus far.

My ambition is to be able to make a living as an actor and I would love to make a start in Ireland

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have a work visa to be in Ireland and the first step is finding a permanent place to live. I'm hoping to be able to couch surf whilst I check out housing and apartments. My girlfriend has couchsurfed and hosted surfers before and described it as an amazing experience so I am eager to give it a try.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy a wide variety of films however some of my favourites would have to be 12 Angry Men, Love Actually, The Dirty Dozen and anything with either Sidney Poitier or Alan Rickman.

With regards to music I am rather a fan of older bands like the Beatles, Beach Boys, and Pink Floyd however I do enjoy newer indie stuff as well like Cage The Elephant or Of Monsters and Men.

I love reading eclectic fiction books like Wyrm and Star Wars Fiction but I enjoy classics as well like Watership Down and anything by Dumas.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2005 I studied Baroque Theatre in a castle in the Czech Republic. We got to explore every nook and cranny of a 750 year old Bohemian castle, learned stage craft that's been in use for hundreds of years and got to meet and greet the local populace over a month.
