About Me

Hello Everybody,
I'm a 23 year old Canadian traveler currently making my way around the world. I left home around 2 years ago and it has brought me to over 3 continents. Its truly the unique and enriching encounters that have inspired me to keep going. I enjoy history and politics but I always keep a space in my heart for laughter the outdoors and creativity. My own goal in life is to see how people from around the world live and learn things along the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When traveling to a foreign country it is easy to only stay with other travelers. I am joining to get a more authentic experience in the countries I may know little about.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2016 I toured around Bolivia and really stepped out of my comfort zone. I mountain Biked down Death Road which is an old shipping road that connects Bolivia to the Brazilian Amazon. It is known to be the most dangerous road on earth but it also has heavenly landscapes. This will forever be one of the most far out things I've done.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am currently working freelance as an English tutor and this has made me realize that communication is the one key to acceptance and understanding. Throughout my travels I have met people who have explained to me their rich and ancient cultures and traditions. I do believe that the sharing of this is key to a peaceful world.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share countless travel tales and anecdotes from many different places and I will also tend a very curious ear to stories that are told. Sharing laughter and food should also be a constant.
