I am an airline pilot, from Houston, based in Chicago. My life revolves around food and flying. I've decided that I need to start living and exploring more, so I hope to meet during my travels or if you're in Houston/Chicago I'm always down to show you around.

When I first moved to Chicago I didn't really know anybody, but through a mutual friend I met someone connected to Couchsurfing and then my social circle expanded like crazy. So even though I'm new on here, I've been a part of the community for a while. Now it's time to get out and explore. :-)

I love to cook, camp, hike, travel/explore, and I love learning- either about history or just people and their life stories/culture.

I love all kinds of music and movies. Right now, I'm in the middle of Theodore Roosevelt's Autobiography and The Apostolic Fathers (basically letters to the early church from the disciples of the apostles).
