Hello my name is Jonathan Schaade I am 31 years old and I currently reside on the road! My wife Amanda and I left Nashville, TN in mid March to travel Europe for an open ended amount of time. We are up for any adventure that may come our way!

We are trying to visit and experience as much as we can. We want to learn about other cultures, meet people that are different from us, and just have a hell of a good time! This is a dream trip for both of us.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We will be traveling extensively through Europe starting in early April and we want to "surf" our way across Europe and meet some fun and interesting people in the countries we visit. We both enjoy meeting and having a conversation with people that are from different backgrounds than ourselves.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a fan of most types of music, I really dont like trying to narrow my music tastes down to one band or genre because there is way too much music to limit it to one group or sub-genre. I do love discovering new music though!

Same thing goes for movies I used to work a a video store when that was still a thing! I love to watch all types of movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am extremely blessed and fortunate to have a job where I can tour and travel all around the U.S.

I have been on the road for 6 years with my job and I feel like that for me has been an accomplishment in itself, to make a living in a job that allows me to travel and experience many different parts of my amazing home country.

Teach, Learn, Share

We both love to learn about other cultures and traditions, so we would love to talk with you and learn how you live.

We can share our travels and our stories with you, also if you like any particular type of food please request it and we can bring it and cook it for you. It would be the least we could do for your generosity.
