Dejé de trabajar a finales del 2015 para viajar por Asia y Europa. En 2018-2019 hice un viaje de 1,5 mes por México con gente que encontré en el momento, y fue una experiencia increíble. Me animó a empezar un nuevo viaje, a largo tiempo, por América Latina, empecé por Brasil (y estoy aprendiendo portugués desde entonces).

I stopped working since end 2015. I travelled for a few months through Asia and Europe. In 2018-2019 I travelled for 1,5 month in Mexico with people I met on the way, which was amazing.
I started a new long-term travel in March 2019. I was in Brazil from March to May 2019 and I'm learning Portuguese ever since.

I don't always know what I want, but I definitely know what I don't want!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing me permite encontrar sobre todo a gente que vive "acá", aunque sea un par de horas. Al final me doy cuenta que las relaciones humanas son más importantes que los lugares. Me acordaré más de una actividad que hicimos juntos que un lugar que visité sólo.

Couchsurfing is a way of meeting mostly local people, even if just for a few hours. In the end, when you're well surrounded, people matter more than places. I'm more likely to remember what we did together than that place I visited alone.

Intereses

Obviamente me encanta viajar. Soy lo más feliz cuando tengo una bicicleta y cuando estoy en la naturaleza. Sueño con plantar mis propias frutas y verduras orgánicas desde que participé en un proyecto de permacultura. También me encanta nadar y soy un aficionado de la computadora (uso Linux). Me gusta leer, pero lo hago muy poco.

Obviously I like to travel. I'm the happiest when on a bicycle and/or surrounded by nature. Ever since I got in touch with permaculture, I'd like to grow my own fruits and vegetables... I also love to swim and I'm a computer (Linux) aficionado. I've never been a big reader, but I try to force myself into it.

Música, películas y libros

Muchos estilos de música, siempre que el cantante no grita. Películas: románticas, thriller o simplemente acción.

Pop, classic, house, Latino, psychedelic music... I like almost any kind of music, as long as the singer doesn't scream and as long as the BPM is not too high. For movies I prefer thrillers, romantic comedies or just a good action movie.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Ayudar a una pareja joven con un proyecto de permacultura. Nadar desnudo en un cenote al que casi no llegó la luz. Viajar en México en un grupo de hasta 6 personas que sé encontraron en el momento.

Helping a young couple with forest gardening over a period of three weeks in Austria. Swimming in an abandoned underground river in almost total darkness. Travelling in Mexico with a group of up to 6 people who met each other on the spot.

Enseña, aprende, comparte

Siempre quiero aprender y me gusta compartir mis conocimientos. Y siempre se puede aprender del otro. Más todavía cuando no estamos de acuerdo.

I'm eager to learn and love to share my knowledge. I think we all have to learn from each other. Conversations are the most interesting when we disagree but if there's space left to change one's mind.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

Soy tranquilo, discreto y flexible. Me gusta charlar, me gusta el silencio. Amo la naturaleza, pero también me gusta la ciudad. Me adapto fácilmente a la gente y a las situaciones.
