I am a peaceful, loving & kind human being that lives to make this world a better place. I occupy my time with many of the operations & innovations within an establishment where we serve up super clean & organic food for both vegans & omnivores. We are a kombucha tap house (with 9 taps), and I brew about 1/3 of what we sell in house. I culture many things in house, like, sauerkraut, kefir, raw hot sauce & bread doughs, microbes are my pets. We also have a full health food store with great local produce & the best wine rack in town. A little over a year ago I added in being a certified Bulletproof Coffee house, we are now the top one in Oregon, and that is why I am giving Couchserfing a whirl.
