Hello everyone ! After 3 years in Japan, i wanna travel across Europe, i miss our old continent ! I am a french teacher online and use to work as a "Traiteur" in a Patisserie close to Bordeaux, i can say that i love to cook, i gave cooking lessons in the past, especially in Tokyo. I like to learn new recipe and to cook mine with my host or guests.
I enjoy outdoor activities, i often go to the Atlantic coast near Bordeaux, hiking in mountains, relaxing in the countryside.
Reading is one of my favorites activities and i am always up to get new recommandations !
Oh and of course, to share a good red wine bottle from Bordeaux with my host and guest when i can !

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I think that the best way to know a country and its culture is to live and share people daily life. I cannot see travelling without human interaction, there are more important for me than any monuments i could see.
I also love discussing to learn from others.

I can share my home with travelers, as long as i am not seen as an Airbnb. I like to cook for my guest and i also like when they cook for me, teach me a new recipe ! I will guide you in my city, i like to talk about it !
So of course, you could learn about cooking, french History and we can share about a lot of different topics, i am very open-minded and i have a huge desire to learn and share !

I can teach you some good french recipe, it would be a pleasure ! When travelling, i will have my patisserie tools with me, so i will be happy to make a cake for you or any other dishes !
I like to share about philosophy, politics, books, history and cooking. No i am not annoying, i promise.
