COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first and best couchsurfing experience was in portland , america. with only a couple of bucks in my pocket and a rucksack on my back i needed a place to stay. some local jazz musicians guided me to an opportune couchsurfing event and the rest, they say, is history. later when devoted parents wired me enough cash to live on i still didn't stay in a hostel. could kerouac do it better?
