ABOUT ME

Been travelling many times and places, and just finished a fantastic 6 month world-tip...saw so much...but so much more to see! Funny how when you travel abroad, it just makes you want to travel more. I enjoy travelling, it teaches you more about the world and yourself. I really enjoy learning about other cultures and other ways of life, I think diversity is the spice of life!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently looking to do some more Couchsurfing in the next couple of months, but by July or August, we should be ready to receive some C'Surfers as hosts.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted a couple of people at my place, it was a fun and rewarding experience. Also, both of my brothers are members and have only good things to say about it.

兴趣

Sports, especially basketball, eating different foods (preferably spicy) getting off the beaten track, avoiding too many other tourists when traveling, spending time in my second home, Brazil.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Hot air ballooning at the Gold Coast, Australia, flying near to the perimeter of Antarctica (could clearly see the ice-sheets), flying over the snow-covered Andes Mountains on a lovely clear day, castles in Germany and Austria, driving from Perth to Sydney, Sydney to Fraser Island, Fraser Island to Melbourne, (ferry to Tasmania) driving all around Tasmania, (ferry back to Melbourne) then across the Nullabor again back to Perth! Adrenalin-filled White Water Rafting and waterfalling at the amazingly powerful and beautiful Iguacu Falls, Brazil. Seeing an incredible sight; watching a Leather-Back Turtle lay eggs on the beach in Tamarindo, Costa Rica...and so much more...
