ABOUT ME

A Korean-American born and raised in California gaining first-hand perspectives on the outside world.

-I am an adventurous eater and live by the rule: try everything at least once. But I do have a couple exceptions to this rule that you can ask me in person :)
-I love conversing with people from different backgrounds and I definitely want to hear your embarrassing travel moments! If any of course ;) because I do!
-LOVE food and so part of my traveling must include indulging myself with bomb food.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first experience was with my brother in South Korea exploring my mom's hometown. We got to stay with amazing hosts in an awesome location overlooking the beach!

This experience definitely made me a true advocate for CS and I totally support what they believe in!

兴趣

Sports, dancing, adventuring, taking photos/Instas, culture hopping, rock climbing/bouldering, people's legacies, eating fruit, laughing until I cry, & relaxing with friends drinking beer and talking about life :)

Music: Anything that doesn't involve someone screaming at me throughout the whole song (though times may call for it), Oldies, jazz, hip-hop or basically anything that'll make me get up and "shake it off" or dance. :D

Movies: Too many so I'll list a few... Saving Private Ryan, Back to the Future, Forest Gump, The Dark Knight, most Disney movies, Toy Story, Space Jam, Elf, Whiplash.

Books: Harry Potter, Goosebumps, Chronicles of Narnia.

I always tell my friends to go see at least one country outside of their homeland because it can introduce new perspectives in life. Also, I believe you can always learn something from someone, no matter the circumstance. So teach me something! :D
