About Me

Hey, I'm Jonathan (pronounced "Yonatan" in some languages). Born and raised in Tel Aviv, I grew up becoming a wanderlust. I've lived for some time in NYC, in Jerusalem, in Vienna and in Munich, and often you'll find me traveling somewhere around the world!

I am currently a BA student in Philosophy and Interdisciplinary Studies in the Humanities at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. I also work occasionally as a freelance filmmaker and a video editor. But what truly excites me the most is traveling and exploring the world, studying new languages, cities and cultures, and getting to know new people and making friends in every new place I reach.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love discussing culture and languages, philosophy, religions and Buddhism, politics or anything that's on your mind. And better to do this while exploring new places, going for people-watching or just enjoying the nature or the city life :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm traveling with a Ukulele (a small 4 string guitar), and I would love to teach you how to play some songs, or just jam and sing together. I would also enjoy having a tandem language exchange - I speak Hebrew and English fluently and would like to practice my German and my French :)
