Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To see and meet everyone! I'll perhaps get that studying done on the side too ;P
ABOUT ME
Somehow mixing completely random and organized, but how is this done?-- mostly chocolate. I very much enjoy meeting new people and learning about where they come from and about them. I'm also a bit of an outdoor person and love to be hiking or on my bike.
There should be an option on locations, "I wish to go.....everywhere!"
PHILOSOPHY
Work hard and you'll do well!
or
Work hard, Play hard ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am a working person, in a small town. But if you are around, I can show you about!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I didn't even know this existed until I got into Europe. I had spent my time there on a study abroad and I got the "travel bug" hard! Since I got back I have gone on a larger trip again, but some tales need to be saved for visits!
I have stayed in many other places with hosts, and they have been fantastic! I Gothenburg I was shown all the places I didn't know about, and in Krakow I got to know some really cool people, find food I never would have gotten myself, and received a "holy grail" for my later travels! I have also accidentally been in a fondue party, stayed where most of the other people there did not know anything I said. I have gone around the world and met so many cool people, everyone has a good story to tell, the challenge is understanding it!
Interests
Band, music, hiking, biking, math, science, history, and pretty much anything that I can learn something new from.
Music, Movies, and Books
Monty Python, Comedy, Roger Zelazny
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I more enjoy the small moments, when at the time you are completely confused, but they turn into the best stories for company. Perhaps you can hear a few of mine ;P. My life is just made up of those "what??...." kind of stories.
Like right now, I randomly have ending up playing chess with a 97 yo guy. Crazy the things that come from random trips!
Most recently, I got the chance to travel around the world [not many places, but actually around the world!]. I was in Poland, Czech Republic, Sweden, Italy, Hong Kong, Macao, Japan, and back to the USA!
Teach, Learn, Share
I am an engineer now!-- so if you are having problems with your physics breaking, I can help you out! {My suggestion is using ducktape}
I am a design engineer making appliances that go all over the world.
