I'm a very steady and down-to-earth person, rather straightforward, friendly and open-minded! I like to meet new people and make friends quite quickly... I enjoy talking to people, trying to get to know their way of life, their motivation and experiences in life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm very curious how all this couch surfing works out... it all sounds like such a great project! I would like to show people around in Erlangen, and in case of an emergency I can offer a couch for a night (i.e. a bit of floor in my room, which is way to small... :/ ).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet through this network, but I surfed a couch in Bodo, Norway: During my trekking tour I met a local hiking guide, and he offered to host me for my last night back in the city, where I didn't have hotel booked yet. So my companion and me endend up sleeping in his daughters bedroom, drinking wine and sharing stories all night long. I was quite surprised that this wonderful experience can be had through this network :) So I'm looking forward to more couchsurfing now!

movies: not too much into movies, but same as with books: LOTR, Sin City, Hero, House of Flying Daggers,...
