About Me
ABOUT ME
I would describe myself as an open-minded and curious person. Sometimes I need a bit time to get used to others, but it doubles the fun after the ice breaks.
Knowing more about different cultures and languages is important to me; I also want to experience encounters with locals in areas I am.
PHILOSOPHY
Be honest where you can; if being honest would mean to be rude, better do not say anything. Lying is not really much of an option, no matter in which situation.
Decisions are meant to be decided, I cant understand how people are not taking responsibility for their lives. There is nothing stronger than loyality in this world (apart from love, of course!). Take care of those who are important to you, and don't be too proud to be taken care of by those who you are important to.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I just moved to a new flat recently and do not have a couch yet. However, I currently sleep on two beds (because I really like to have space when I sleep). If you need a place to crash, it is no problem to seperate the beds so you have your own. I just do not have any spare blankets/pillows yet, so it would be good if you could me inform beforehand so I will be able to organize some for you. Of course, I am always available for hanging around as well! :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had a nice road-trip from Germany to Finland in Summer 2013 and enjoyed it very much. Met great people! Advice to everybody: Step out of your comfort zone and find new things about yourself.
Inspired by said trip, I took another one in 2015 from Helsinki, Finland to North cape in Norway before driving all the way through Sweden and Denmark back home to South Germany. As before, I met some amazing people on my journey - can't wait to meet some of them again this sommer!
Interests
As previous said, I am interested in culture and languages. Also, I have been driving motorcycle for some years and just happened to buy one again, hoping the old addiction will return ;)
Edit: addiction returned!
