About Me
CURRENT MISSION
"To see every possible corner of the world, including the dusty one behind the fireplace".
I grew up on a farm just outside of Ottawa where I became a big animal lover (even though horses make me sneeze). I was very involved in theatre growing up, especially improv. I studied History at the University of Ottawa where I did an exchange to Washington DC, USA and another one to Pune, India. After history I decided to go to law school at UBC in Vancouver. I am just finishing out my studies on an exchange to Warsaw, Poland. It has been amazing learning all about my grandmother's homeland.
To celebrate the end of my studies, I'll be backpacking around Europe for 2.5 months starting in June. I'm so excited to see some new places and revisit some old favourites!
I'll be travelling with my boyfriend from June 13-21, and we would love to meet some great people along the way!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I began couchsurfing seven years ago when I did a trip across Canada. After an extremely positive first experience in Quebec City I was hooked. I have turned to this service many times since then when I wanted to guarantee that I would meet fun and interesting people on my travels! I think that this program is amazing, and the hospitality of all of the great people I have met has been incredible!
I Have surfed at many places across Canada, Europe, S&SE Asia and USA and have hosted in Ottawa, Vancouver (Canada), and Pune (India)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I participated in Holi in India, which was incredibly fun.
I was on Team Canada for quidditch, which is random sounding but check it out on Youtube!
Teach, Learn, Share
PACK LOTS OF UNDERWEAR AND SOCKS! This mitigated my laundry needs! Bring sandals if the weather is appropriate to cut down on that whole sock thing....that or just be okay with smelling a little.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My boyfriend can juggle and speaks Spanish, if you host us together in June.
I used to be a ski instructor, but that's not very helpful in a flat :P I can also teach you how to play quidditch!
