Hi everyone! Welcome to my profile. Johannes is the name and I am a 30 year old german guy who just finished his PhD in agricultural sciences. I was working with renewable energy - 'demand-driven biogas production' to be precise...

Now that I finished, I wanted to go traveling for the upcoming month, getting known to new places and people..

I am broadly interested in (ancient) history, norse mythology, futurology, technology, natural sciences, arts, concerts, night life, nature and hiking, astronomy, body and mind. We'll probably find topics to talk about that aren't listed above also...

I draw and want to improve my skills during the journey - so I am super happy about a place to chill and get some pencil strokes on paper... I have a Instagram where I post drawings and things I like which you can check out. It's not a super busy place though ;)

If you were wondering why such an old profile doesn't have any hosts nor surfs - I was curious back in the day but didn't go traveling until now. We hosted some people in our shared flat in Stuttgart but the administration was done by my flatmate...
